Whimsical Mushroom Salad

Here is what you need:

  • Large grape tomatoes

  • Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

  • Ranch dressing

  • Baby leaf lettuce

  • Tools:

  • Fork
  • Butter knife

Directions:

  • Wash grape tomatoes and lettuce

  • Cut tips off of one side of tomatoe
  • ​Scrape seeds out of the tomatoes

  • Cut each mozzarella cheese stick lengthwise into 3 equal pieces

  • Optional: Trim the side of the cut cheese sticks if they are too wide to fit into your tomatoes

  • Place the cheese sticks inside the tomato tops

  • You may have to trim the ends of the cheese sticks to get them to stand upright

  • Add lettuce to look like grass around the mushrooms

  • Pour a small amount of ranch dressing into a small bowl

  • Dip the prong of a fork into the ranch dressing and gently touch it to the tomato tops to create spots on the mushrooms
